Base salary range: $37,764 - $49,094

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team that issues ID cards and ensures military personnel, their families, and authorized civilians receive proper Department of Defense benefits and credentials.
You'll handle customer interviews, supervise card distribution and disposal, and manage employee performance and training.
It's a good fit for someone with HR experience in military or government settings who enjoys supervising others and working with regulations.
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL) in the Installation Personnel Administration Center of MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing customers with information regarding applicable rules, regulations, procedures, and requirements to include an explanation of required actions that must be completed; selecting, preparing, and issuing an organization's assets to eligible personnel; Updating and terminating credentials based on personnel changes.
