Base salary range: $30,286 - $39,372

This job involves supporting Navy recruiting by reviewing eligibility for military service, processing enlistment applications, and maintaining accurate personnel records for new recruits.
It requires attention to detail and familiarity with HR processes in a military context.
A good fit would be someone with administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and an interest in helping people join the Navy.
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the NAVY RECRUITING COMMAND of Navy Talent Acquisition Group Great Lakes.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-4 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records, forms and files; 2) Utilizing automated systems for HR support, including processing actions, maintaining databases, and reviewing information for discrepancies; and 3) Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents NOTE: THIS INFORMATION MUST BE SUPPORTED IN YOUR RESUME.
