The Opportunity
WSDOT is seeking two skilled and motivated Human Resources professionals to support the Southwest or Olympic Region in Vancouver, WA.
This is a non-permanent opportunity, expected to last up to 6 months.
This position plays a key role in providing technical and consultative support to the Southwest or Olympic Region Human Resources Office and assigned customer groups.
Serving as a trusted advisor and consultant, the role provides guidance across a broad range of human resources functions, including classification and compensation, employee and labor relations, reasonable accommodation, drug and alcohol programs, performance management, employee health and wellness, and workforce development and training.
Through this work, the position directly supports WSDOT’s mission by fostering a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
