What you will enjoy doing:
The Human Experience Program (HX) helps the agency design and improve processes, provide services, and make decisions with a human-centered lens.
The HX Team does this by understanding stakeholder needs and experiences, surfacing insights from feedback and performance data, and promoting continuous improvement.
Our services include human-centered design and experience advocacy and data visualization and analysis.
You will support the Program Manager and the Program as a whole to achieve HX Program outcomes by coordinating enterprise work, monitoring program performance, and ensuring that experience-related initiatives, insights, and recommendations are delivered in a timely, consistent, and effective manner.
[OPTION 1]
At least six years of experience in public administration, business, communications, data management, employee/customer relations, or a related field.
[OPTION 2]
An Associate’s degree
AND
Four years of experience in public administration, business, communications, data management, employee/customer relations, or a related field.
[OPTION 3]
A Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, communications, data management, employee/customer relations, or a related field
AND
Two years of experience in public administration, business, communications, data management, employee/customer relations, or a related field.
[OPTION 4]
A Master’s degree in public administration, business, communications, data management, employee/customer relations, or a related field
