We are looking for an HR Assistant 2 who thrives behind the scenes ensuring programs run smoothly and requests move forward efficiently.
This position is responsible for managing and facilitating a variety of administrative duties in support of the operational activities of the Department of Health Human Resource Office.
If you enjoy connecting the dots and managing priorities, this role is for you.
You will review and analyze incoming role requests to ensure they align with workforce needs; coordinate and support the EPR program for the Department-keeping timelines, documentation, and communications on track; and shepherd annuitant requests from program offices with precision!

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
