Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

You will serve as a HR Specialist (Classification) in the Administration and Resources Management Division of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assessing the impact of reorganizations related to position management, providing advice regarding position classification principles and practices, and writing classification evaluations.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying position classification and position management principles; advising managers on organizational structures, classification changes and developing position descriptions.
