Job Description

Summary

This job involves supporting a family housing program for military personnel by handling customer service, processing housing requests, mediating resident complaints, and conducting inspections of homes and playgrounds to ensure they meet standards.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing customer service in a family housing program; receiving and mediating issues between residents and businesses; AND conducting inspections of residential facilities and playgrounds.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Major Duties:

  • You will plan, organize and perform work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program.
  • You will receive and process complaints and related investigations concerning residents to leadership.
  • You will process requests for permanent and temporary quarters and review requests for accuracy and completeness of data.
  • You will conduct joint tenant-management walk-throughs of quarters to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment, and facilities.
  • You will conduct evaluations, assessments, walk-through inspections and report requirements to higher-level management for contract performance ratings and compliance.
