Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading the management of housing for single military members, ensuring their living spaces are safe, well-maintained, and meet all rules.
You'll handle planning, budgeting, inspections, and resolving any issues to keep everything running smoothly.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Fleet and Family Readiness Program (N9) Housing Program (N93) of NAVBASE KITSAP SILVERDALE WA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Use knowledge of unaccompanied housing management procedures to develop directives related to inspections of housing facilities, (2) Establish standards and processes to ensure the health and safety of residents, and the adequacy and habitability of facilities, (3) Plan, budget, schedule, coordinate, and manage resources for unaccompanied assets to ensure regulatory compliance, and (4) Resolve a variety of health/safety concerns and address complaints regarding the adequacy and habitability of facilities.
