This job is for a front desk agent at an Army lodging facility in Germany, where you'll handle guest check-ins, reservations, payments, and provide welcoming service to visitors.
It's ideal for someone with a friendly personality who enjoys helping people and has experience in hotels or customer-facing roles.
You'll work independently with minimal supervision, using basic math and computer skills to keep everything running smoothly.
This position is located at USAG Bavaria - FMWR, Army Lodging, Tower Barracks.. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Possess demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities that indicate the capability to work independently, and perform the duties summarized above with minimal to no supervision.
Must possess good customer service skills, a positive attitude, and desire to help others in order to exercise tact and diplomacy when interacting with people, as demonstrated in work experience in the hospitality industry.
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing using the English Language in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner.
Must have mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide at the level necessary to prepare reports, count accurately, and provide accurate change.
Ability to use office automated equipment in the performance of the required duties.
Must be comfortable with and have experience using common office software with capabilities similar to Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess two or more years of hospitality experience.
Possess one or more years of Army Lodging experience. Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager.
