Announcement is in conjunction with the JBLM NAF HR Office Job Fair at the Eagles Pride Golf Course in Dupont, WA, on Tuesday, 03 February, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

This position is located at American Lake Conference Center. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1.

Ability to lead other employees. 2. Work practices (keeping things neat, clean, and in order). 3. Technical practices (basic food preparation and handling techniques). 4.

Possess basic math skills necessary to compute patron bills and make change. 5. Able to communicate effectively in English. 6. Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions. 7.

Knowledge of materials and basic sanitation principles. 8. Ability to use and maintain appliances, coffee makers, ovens, stoves and other common kitchen equipment and utensils.

Major Duties:

  • Leads the work of Food and Beverage attendants in the preparation of fast food. Sets pace, demonstrates proper work methods, conducts on-the-job training, and communicates work assignments to the workers being lead.
  • Checks work in progress. Ensures that safety, security, and good housekeeping rules are followed. Insures that needed supplies and materials are available. Answers workers' questions regarding procedures, policies, and instructions.
  • Provides information to supervisor on status and progress of work, causes of delays, and overall operations.
  • Collects sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepts payment from patrons, and makes change as necessary. Maintains related cash records. Keeps work area clean and orderly.
  • Sets up food service counters and steam tables with hot and cold food and beverages. Prepares fruit and vegetable salads, portions out food. Checks food during cooking to prevent overcooking. Prepares sandwiches and box lunches.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
