You will serve as a HOMELAND DEFENSE & EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM MANAGER in the CURRENT OPERATIONS DIRECTORATE (J33), OPERATIONS DIRECTORATE (J3) of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Directing and coordinating the development of Homeland Defense and Emergency Management operations, procedures, and policies to ensure preparedness for natural and manmade crises; 2.) Planning and orchestrating homeland defense and emergency management annual exercises for an organization; 3.) Collaborating with internal and external agencies to develop solutions for emerging homeland defense and emergency management issues; 4.) Developing and providing technical advice, guidance, and recommendations for operational and strategic planning for emergency management programs.
