Summary
This part-time role involves gathering and analyzing data on how well students perform in a nursing program, such as their success rates in courses, retention over time, and preparation for licensing exams.
The analyst will create reports and charts to help improve the program's quality.

Full Job Description
Shall provide professional research and data collection services for the institution’s nursing program focused on student academic outcomes and licensure-related performance. Collection and analysis of course success, failure, and withdrawal rates, cohort progression and retention analysis, trend identification related to student success, preparation of written reports and data visualizations for internal program evaluation and quality improvement.Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in any discipline Documented experience in applied data research, analysis, or evaluation Demonstrated ability to work with large or complex datasets Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Experience using data analysis tools or platforms (e.g., Excel, statistical software, databases, or data visualization tools) Ability to clearly communicate data findings to non-technical audiences
