This job involves providing counseling and support to high school students at a specialized arts school, helping them with emotional, social, and mental health challenges while coordinating programs on issues like drug abuse and eating disorders.
A good fit would be someone with a background in counseling who enjoys working with teens in an educational setting, is comfortable advocating for students and their families, and can handle on-call duties during emergencies.
