THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D2783000 and is part of the CO 140 LRS, National Guard.
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a General Supply Specialist in a developmental capacity. Military Grades: E-4 thru E-6 1.
Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. 2. An applicant's RESUME must provide, in detail, how they meet each specialized experience listed below.

You will be immediately disqualified if you fail to include specialized experience in your resume. Must have at least 12 months of Specialized Experience in each of the following: 1.
Experience researching documents or other resources to coordinate inventory requirements. 2. Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment. 3.
Experience which required person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. 4. Experience with cost estimates, budgets, or funding management. 5.
Experience conducting extensive and exhaustive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support for supply activities.
Major Duties:
Performs developmental assignments of moderately difficult and complex nature consisting of well-precedented tasks designed to orient the employee in the application of General Supply programs and activities.
Performs recurring assignments. Independently performs work assignments which gradually increase in difficulty and complexity.
Carries out special projects and participates in special initiatives and studies.
Performs special assignments in support of the organization; e.g., researching policy and comparing to new or modified guidelines to assess impact; analyzing and providing substantive evaluation of data affecting program operations; developing reports and briefings outlining study findings and recommendations; preparing and coordinating reference papers and documentation to support project initiatives; presenting reports to a variety of audiences; and performing analysis and providing recommendations to resolve issues.
Prepares written correspondence and other documentation. Performs other duties as assigned.
