This job involves coordinating supply and outfitting needs for new naval aviation systems during their transition to full management, ensuring everything from parts provisioning to budgeting runs smoothly.
You'll handle team tasks, prepare financial reports, and communicate requirements to support fleet operations.

You will serve as a General Supply Specialist in the Aviation Outfitting Requirements Division of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT Philadelphia PA.
GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing centralized coordination for the execution of APN-6 outfitting requirements and supply support during the transition of system management from interim to NAVSUP for new systems.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Having a deep understanding of outfitting requirements and early aviation lifecycle tasks.
2) Demonstrating experience coordinating aviation allowancing, outfitting, and Allowance Requirements Register (ARR) processes. 3) Delegating workloads, managing schedules, and optimizing resources.
4) Preparing reports detailing expenditures and remaining funds of the APN-6 Buy Out Accounts and 5) Communicating effectively to educate others on aviation outfitting requirements and to coordinate data for project execution.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing centralized coordination for the execution of APN-6 outfitting requirements and supply support during the transition of system management from interim to NAVSUP for new systems.
