Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing the ordering, delivery, and inspection of materials needed to repair and maintain ships in a naval shipyard, ensuring everything arrives on time to keep projects on schedule.
You'll coordinate with suppliers and evaluate supply programs to meet strict government rules.

You will serve as a GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST in the MATERIAL SOURCING DIVISION, SUPPLY & LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: planning and coordinating a material management program (e.g.
ordering, expediting, receiving and inspecting supplies) to support production schedules.
