Full Job Description

This position is located at Marne Lanes, Fort Stewart, GA. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Minimum of three years experience in bowling center management.

A two-year associates' degree in business related field may substitute for one year of experience. A four-year bachelor's degree in business related field may substitute for two years.

Major Duties:

  • Manages a bowling or family-entertainment bowling facility. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
  • Oversees the operations of a variety of ancillary departments, and recreational activities i.e. pro shop, snack bar, billiards, catering services, bingo, recreation machines, internet services, video gaming.
  • Prepares financial and operational briefings as required.
  • Monitors the procurement of all supplies, equipment, and retail items for the activity. Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies.
  • Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
