This job involves overseeing engineering projects related to energy and utilities for the Navy, including managing contracts, budgets, and teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You'll act as a key contact for stakeholders, providing technical advice and resolving issues on the fly.

You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
This position is part of the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) Personnel Demonstration Project.
The ND-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 through GS-14. This position has a control point of GS-13 step 10.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 - GS-11, or ND-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical advice on engineering projects using general engineering practices.
2) Leading teams and collaborating across organizational boundaries with diverse stakeholders to execute engineering projects. 3) Reviewing contractor proposals for technical adequacy.
4) Communicating project status and technical issues to project stakeholders and managers. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.
