This position is located at the SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) - Office of Mental Health (OMH), Coastal Empire Mental Health Center (CEMHC), Hilton Head Clinic, 151 Dillon Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926
As the Front Desk Support Staff, working under direct supervision of the Area Coordinator, you will perform receptionist and other administrative duties in support of staff in the assigned clinic of the Coastal Empire Mental Health Center.Responsible for annual client financial reviews; batch and routes all accounts receivables; update daily cash log; import documents into EMR.
Update CIS; complete all ticket corrections, charges and paybacks; maintain and post financial data to ledgers, collections of payments, and complete deposit transactions daily.
Encourage clients to make payments on account.
