This job involves guiding staff on managing land-use agreements for state forests in Pennsylvania, especially for natural gas pipelines and utilities, to ensure everything follows laws and protects natural resources.
It's a full-time role with some telework options, based in Harrisburg.

In this position, you will offer statewide support and guidance to Bureau of Forestry staff regarding the management and coordination of State Forest land Rights-of-Way licenses, easements, and road use agreements.
This includes overseeing projects related to natural gas transmission, distribution, and liquefied pipeline, as well as other utilities such as electric transmission, electric distribution, and water or sewage pipelines.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 5 days per pay period.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
