Full Job Description

This role is within the Business Operations and Strategic Planning section of the Division of Procurement Services.

We are looking for a competent team member to be responsible for the collection and control of contractual fee delinquencies.

  • Monitor contracts to identify outstanding items in compliance with the contract.
  • Assists with collection and recording of contractual fees to ensure timely and accurate reporting and collections.
  • Make contact on delinquent accounts and maintain accurate records by answering questions and process request by phone.
  • Investigate historical data.
  • Provide thorough and accurate documentation and report on collection activity and accounts receivable status. Update account status record and collection efforts.
  • Provide other support for the operations of the Accounting and Finance Functions in the Business Operations section.

Requirements

A high school diploma and entry-level experience in accounting or bookkeeping. A bachelor's degree with multiple accounting courses may be substituted for required work experience.
