We are looking for a detailed oriented individual with fiscal knowledge to provide a broad range of fiscal and clerical support within our Business Division.

In this role, you will perform fiscal and clerical work as part of our Business Division to support the center’s Purchasing, Storeroom, and Accounting Departments.
Responsibilities involve cashier duties including sales of lunch tickets, payment of students lost keys, payment of students lost ids, and payment of students damages.
Our team will rely on you to balance the cash drawer on a daily basis. You will also function as an invoice verifier and invoice receiver.
This includes solving and correcting differences with invoices between receiving report information and vendor billing, as well as verifying that purchase orders and goods receipts match with the invoice.
Our team will rely on you to complete this important work and other related duties to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with fiscal and procurement policy and guidelines.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to one day per week, after completion of the probationary period.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Johnstown. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
