Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting program planning and budget analysis through the development of forecasting patterns, reprograming actions and diverse operating programs; developing long range plans through the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process; directing total budget formulation; and establishing effective communication and an effective work environment.
