Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the N8 Comptroller Department of.NSTC GREAT LAKES Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1.
Proficiently uses Microsoft Office software applications to create and maintain databases, power point presentations, reports, and other analytical data to support the decision-making process.
2.Conducts comprehensive financial data analysis, evaluation, and presentation to program management for decision making by interpreting appropriations/fiscal law, regulations, instructions, policy guidance.
3.Performs reconciliation between various financial systems, identifying and making corrections as needed to bring all systems into balance.
4.Effectively and courteously responds to inquiries from subordinate activities as well as inquiries from higher authority.
5.Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of financial management.
