  • Performs duties related to radiology medical records: receipt, intake, scanning, indexing, quality control, destruction, and transfer of health and administrative information.
  • Ensures regular quality checks are carried out according to described time frames and criteria.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all electronic records and paper components of the radiology records.
  • Communicates and treats customers in a courteous, tactful and respectful manner providing the customer with consistent information according to established policies and procedures.
  • Interacts daily with other administrative and clerical staff members throughout the facility.
