Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-11. Advanced degree + significant experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves planning and running experiments, war games, and innovative projects to improve how Marine Corps teams operate in the field, especially in the Pacific region.
You'll coordinate with different units, create plans for testing new ideas, and ensure everything supports the warfighters effectively.

You will serve as a EXPERIMENTATION AND INNOVATION SPECIALIST in the Experimentation, Wargaming, and Assessments Branch of MARINE FORCES PACIFIC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, preparing and executing projects for experimentation events and war games to enhance warfighter effectiveness.
