Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job is for an Executive Assistant supporting high-level leaders in the U.S.
Navy's Pacific Fleet, handling tasks like scheduling meetings, managing emails and calls, arranging travel, and using office computers to keep things running smoothly.
It's ideal for someone organized and detail-oriented who enjoys helping busy professionals while working in a professional military environment in Washington state.
A good fit would be an experienced administrative professional comfortable with confidential information and interacting with various people.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Experience providing customer service, coordinating and managing event logistics, and communicating within a professional environment.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective engagement with diverse stakeholders, along with strong computer literacy, including proficiency in standard office software and a solid understanding of professional protocols.
