Job Duties:
The ES Eligibility Specialist under general supervision, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming annual and semi-annual recertifications arriving statewide for the State Office SNAP Scanning Center.
Also responsible for accurately and effectively transferring annual and semi-annual recertifications into the agency's statewide scanning system. .
Ensure the proper registering, scanning and assigning of documents entering the Scan Center daily. Paper documentation will be processed and reviewed for overall image quality and accuracy.
Paper documents will be scanned into the statewide scanning system and assigned to the appropriate folder indicating county/worker assignment.
