Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves helping to ensure workplaces are fair and inclusive by investigating discrimination complaints, checking programs for compliance with equality laws, and supporting plans for people with limited English skills.
You'll conduct interviews, review data, and deliver training on topics like nondiscrimination and accommodations for disabilities or pregnancy.

In this role, you will assist senior level specialists with monitoring and enforcing laws and regulations related to EO and discrimination in employment.
Work involves analyzing, processing, and resolving complaints from individuals who believe they have been discriminated against on the basis race, color, national origin, limited English proficiency, age, sex, or disability.
You will be responsible for meeting with complainants, conducting initial interviews, determining the depth and breathe of the investigation, as well as identifying witnesses or documentation relevant to the investigation.
You will also have the opportunity to develop and participate in the delivery of training and workshops related to EO, non-discrimination, LEP plans, and disability or pregnancy accommodations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
