Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or (DP-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: The candidate possesses over ten years of specialized experience as a systems engineer and technical manager, demonstrating comprehensive leadership in managing the full lifecycle of complex System of Systems (SoS) architectures within a DoD environment.
They have a proven track record of leading engineering analysis and successful integration for enterprise-level programs, including Logistics and Financial systems, while ensuring alignment with SE and Cybersecurity policies.
Leveraging modern principles such as MBSE and digital engineering, the candidate has guided the modernization of legacy systems with cloud and low-code solutions, conducted technical risk assessments, and served as a primary technical liaison, effectively communicating strategic recommendations to senior leadership, program sponsors, and technical teams to drive acquisition decisions.
