Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience with includes:1) Determining best construction and repair methodology for utilities and facility maintenance, repair and restoration projects; 2) Aiding in coordination of project development and execution by conducting field inspections; AND 3) Assisting in verifying documents/contracts in areas such as accuracy of data, technical requirements, requirements development, complete scopes of work and adherence to regulations and policies.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
