  • You will serve as an engineer for Infrastructure Construction Management with oversight of technical and contractual compliance of complex repair and restoration projects.
  • You will support Architectural, Engineering and Construction contractors and subcontractors.
  • You will support Command facility design and construction of Naval Research and Development Establishment infrastructure.
  • You will represent the contracting officer and ensure proper execution of the assigned contract(s).
  • You will provide appropriate oversight of contractor performance and contract execution to ensure financial and technical compliance with the contract terms and conditions.
  • You will communicate with the contracting officer on a routine basis regarding contractor oversight and performance.
  • You will maintain required documentation to support monitoring Contractor performance.
  • You will maintain Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Status Report(s), formal correspondence, invoice/ voucher substantiation, monitoring contract deliverables, and issuance of Technical Instructions.
