Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves working as an electronics technician for the Navy, where you'll troubleshoot and maintain advanced systems that monitor and control building operations, machinery health, and digital tracking in a facility.
You'll provide expert advice, design upgrades, and collaborate with teams to keep everything running smoothly.

You will serve as a Electronics Technician in the Facility and Infrastructure Management Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Providing technical guidance and assistance on electrical, electronic, and software issues related to the facility's Building Automation System, Digital Tracking System, and Machinery Health Monitoring System.
2.) Investigating, analyzing, and resolving problems related to the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of these systems.
3.) Coordinating and consulting on solutions to complex problems on a daily basis, ensuring the systems operate efficiently and effectively.
4.) Interfacing with maintenance and contractor personnel during the installation of these systems, offering technical support to resolve operational and maintenance challenges.
5.) Originating and developing plans and specifications for upgrades and modifications to these systems, ensuring they meet evolving operational needs and technological advancements.
