Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team as a supervisory electronics technician in the Navy, focusing on providing expert technical support for ship maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, especially for combat systems.
You'll act as a key advisor and liaison to resolve complex issues on ships and coordinate with various commands.
It's a great fit for someone with hands-on experience in naval electronics who enjoys problem-solving, team leadership, and communicating technical details clearly.
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN in the Maintenance and Engineering Department (N43) of NAVSURFPAC READSUPGRU.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical support for shipboard functional problems, ship repair, maintenance and modernization to help determine repair/maintenance availability strategies.
