LICENSES
A valid General Radiotelephone Operator License issued by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). **
A valid California Class C Driver License*** is required to perform job-related essential functions.
Candidates offered these positions would be required to show proof of a valid California Class C Driver License prior to appointment.Out-of-state applicants must have a valid license from the state in which they reside at the time of filing.

LICENSE INFORMATIONEXAMINATION CONTENT
A structured interview worth 100% assessing:
Knowledge of Mobile Radio Systems Including How to Install, Repair, and Replace Mobile Radio Systems.
Knowledge of Emergency Light Bars and Sirens Equipment Including How to Install, Repair, and Replace Emergency Light Bars and Sirens.
Knowledge of 12-Volt Electrical Systems.
Knowledge of California Title 13 Regarding Emergency Lighting Requirements.
Problem-solving Skills.
Organization Skills.
Supervisory Skills.
Ability to Assign Staff to Projects, to Tasks, and to Assign Resources to Projects.
Verbal Communication Skills.
