This job involves working as a direct support professional at a residential center, helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily personal care, teaching life skills, and ensuring their safety and well-being in a supportive home-like setting.
A good fit would be someone compassionate and patient who enjoys team-based work and making a positive impact on others' lives.
No advanced degree is needed, just a basic education or some related experience to start.
Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate.
Opportunities performed on site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
