Requirements
In this role, you will greet customers professionally and verify their identification while assisting them with application forms and data entry into online driver license software. You will provide tailored forms and informational brochures to meet customer needs, administer standardized tests to evaluate applicants' understanding of motor vehicle laws, and conduct vision screenings with a telebinocular instrument. Additionally, you will input test results and applications into online systems, addressing any public inquiries or concerns.
A thorough understanding of the services provided is crucial, including the requirements for obtaining REAL ID and non-REAL ID products, as well as details on license renewals, duplicates, out-of-state transfers, motorcycle licenses, and commercial driving licenses. You will also issue Restoration Requirements Letters upon request, ensure accurate documentation of fee waivers, and comply with all Fee Waiver Guidelines and Driver and Vehicle Services Customer Service Policies, including adherence to REAL ID regulations.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.
