Requirements
In this position, you will play a vital role in delivering driver licensing services to the community. Your duties will encompass welcoming customers, verifying their identification, assisting with application processes, and entering information into online licensing systems. You will also provide necessary forms and informational brochures tailored to customer needs. A key aspect of your role will involve administering standardized knowledge tests to evaluate applicants' comprehension of motor vehicle laws, as well as conducting vision screenings with specialized equipment.
Furthermore, you will record test results and applications in the system, address public inquiries, and ensure that individuals are informed about the requirements for obtaining various licenses, including the REAL ID. Additionally, you will issue Restoration Requirements Letters upon request and maintain accurate documentation of fee waivers in accordance with established guidelines. Adhering to customer service standards and REAL ID regulations is essential in this role.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.

- You must pass a background investigation.
