This role involves leading a team that analyzes intelligence on terrorist-linked criminal groups to help protect the U.S.

The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads the nation's effort to protect the United States from terrorism by integrating, analyzing and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action and achieve our national CT objectives.
Required Qualifications: Proven superior success as a supervisor. Superior leadership skills and ability to lead interagency working groups, build coalitions with IC elements to achieve common goals.
Knowledge of targeting tradecraft and product review. Superior knowledge of resource management principles and applications.
Proven interpersonal skills, corporate approach, and aptitude at building consensus.
Superior ability to remain open-minded and change judgments on the basis of new information and requirements, perform multiple tasks and change focus quickly as demands change, and support group decisions and solicit opinions from coworkers.
Expert ability to direct taskings, collaborate on goal setting, and support personal and professional development.
Track record of building positive, collaborative relationships across organizational lines, including up, down, and across components and with external partners.
Superior analytical and critical thinking skills, including the superior ability to think strategically, identify needs and requirements, develop recommendations, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives.
Applicants must possess at least two years of supervisory experience over a minimum of eight intelligence analysts at a national agency. Desired Skills: Joint duty experience.

The NCTC Interagency Fusion Cell (NIFC) seeks a highly motivated officer to serve as the Division Chief for NIFC's Interagency Division (IAD).
IAD monitors, analyzes, and integrates all-source intelligence on Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO)-Designated Transnational Criminal Organizations (FDTCO) for a broad set of U.S.
Government customers and partners.
Additionally, the selected candidate will be expected to: Work with the NiFC's Group Chief and Deputy to shape and implement the vision for IAD, which is focused on maximizing customer impact, serving as a leader in creativity and innovation, and cultivating high morale.
Oversee the integration of all Interagency assignees to drive success for the Division.
Help drive the division's contributions to the NiFC's Program of Analysts, ensuring that products incorporate the highest IC tradecraft standards and capitalize on NCTC's unique data accesses and tools.
Lead assessments, RFIs, and projects and leverage best practices and lessons learned across NiFC.
Engage interagency and cadre counterparts on tactical coordination issues to ensure effective responses to taskings. Build and apply expertise on legal and policy issues related to the FDTCO mission.
Support briefings to senior IC officials and other major stakeholders on progress, issues and challenges. Recruit, develop, and retain a highly qualified workforce.
Ensure that personnel are appropriately challenged, rewarded, and given the support, tools, training, and opportunities they need to develop and succeed.
Cultivate an environment that fosters the development of all officers to their full potential.
Oversee ranking and prioritizing of competing requirements for the Division and look to combine processes to ensure seamless integration across all NiFC Divisions.
Manage and assess the status of assigned projects on a continuous basis, including resource management, and ensure that all resources are aligned with mission priorities and tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner.
Cultivate strong, constructive relationships across organizational lines, enhancing Center integration and collaboration with IC and law enforcement partners that will enable the Center's leadership in analyzing, integrating, and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action.
