As a District Lottery Supervisor, you will oversee a team of District Lottery Representatives (DLRs) as they support the promotion of Lottery sales and ticket distribution.
Your responsibilities will involve determining staffing requirements for districts within a specific area and distributing day-to-day assignments while ensuring your team has adequate coverage to meet operational needs.
Our team will rely on you to shadow DLRs to provide guidance to support effective retailer recruitment and retention, monitor performance, and motivate DLRs to increase the Lottery’s retailer base by teaching proper recruitment techniques and sales training information.
Your work will include investigating and resolving retailer complaints, as well as inspecting retailer locations to ensure accessibility program requirements are followed and that each retailer has the up-to-date equipment and signage they need.
Responsibilities also involve preparing and reviewing detailed reports, working collaboratively with DLRs and store managers, and completing other actions to maintain and ensure compliance with Lottery security procedures.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) on an ad hoc basis.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
