Digital Content Manager
The Department of Administration's (Admin) Division of Enterprise Applications (DEA) is seeking a Digital Content Manager to join the team.
We are in growth mode, and it is an exciting time to be a contributing member to the SC Enterprise Information System (SCEIS)!
SCEIS is the backbone of our business processes and ultimately empowers decision makers to improve government for the citizens.

This position combines training and instructional design expertise with a mastery of the technical knowledge of the state's enterprise applications to create a unified and standardized knowledge base for end users.
You will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing engaging digital content across multiple platforms to enhance DEA’s online presence and audience engagement.
You will be responsible for staying afront emerging technology and applying it to a strategic roadmap that allows DEA and the state of South Carolina to be innovative in our approach to giving end users the tools they need to be successful in their roles.
This position is onsite in Columbia, SC.
Serve as the product owner for SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System and future digital adoption and content platforms.
Develop the enterprise digital content strategy, ensuring all platforms, tools and content align with organizational priorities, policies and requirements while also meeting stakeholder needs.
