In this position, you will handle various analytical tasks while also performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet that includes construction equipment, trucks, and cars powered by gasoline or diesel engines.
Your responsibilities will involve servicing multiple systems such as hydraulic, electrical, heating, cooling, and exhaust systems, as well as both manual and automatic transmissions.
Additionally, you will conduct state vehicle inspections for all relevant equipment, ensure accurate completion of work orders, and meticulously log the time spent on each task.
It is essential to promptly report any incidents or damage to the equipment.
To succeed in this role, you must be skilled in identifying the correct repair procedures for heavy machinery and making the necessary mechanical adjustments for optimal performance.
