Minimum one year of experience providing customer service and a full range of administrative practices related to desk clerk. 2.
Skill to process customer complaints, prepare reports, and control inventory of furniture, household supplies and equipment. 3.
Knowledge to provide general assistance to other facility personnel and perform a range of services such as: accept reservations, register guests, assign rooms, issue keys, calculate and post charges to guests' account, present statements, collect payments, and maintain records, manually and/or on a Personal Computer.
4. May perform room inspections and prepare deficiency reports. 5. Knowledge of basic cash handling techniques. 6. Must be at least 20 years of age. 7.
Must be able to perform prolonged standing, walking, reaching, and light lifting. 8. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Performs the full range of administrative practices related to rental and inspection of hotel. Ensures the efficient operation of the Temporary Lodging Facility during assigned shift.
Accepts reservations, registers guests, assigns rooms, issues keys, calculates and posts all charges to guests' account, presents statement, collects payments, and operates/ uses computer and or manually to maintain record.
Identifies front desk requirements and accordingly prepares pertinent reports. Responsible for change fund and its corresponding cash reports.
Coordinates maintenance, purchasing, supply functions, and housekeeping services. Maybe required to assist in conducting the inventory of property and reconciliation of inventory records.
Assist in training new employees. Provides information about location of activities and tourist attractions in the immediate area.
Assist patron satisfaction by providing guests with any required assistance and resolving complaints/ customer issues.
Notifies concerned people for any unusual situations or incidents that require immediate attention. May sell retail merchandise, sundry items, and alcoholic beverages.
May be required to assist in conducting inventory. Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy. Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner.
Takes action to solve problems quickly. Alerts the higher-level supervisor, or proper point of contact for help when problems arise. Adheres to safety regulations and standards.
Promptly reports any observed workplace hazards, and any injury, occupational illness, and/or property damage resulting from workplace mishaps to the immediate supervisor.
Adheres to established standards of actively supporting the principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment.
This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required. Performs other related duties as assigned.
