This job is about leading investigations and enforcement efforts for the Pennsylvania Department of State, working closely with the director to manage teams across regional offices and handle everything from daily operations to big-picture policies that protect the public.
You'll supervise staff, resolve issues, develop training, and represent the agency in meetings, all while innovating to make investigations more effective.

In this influential position, you will work side-by-side with the Director to lead and coordinate operations across four regional offices, the Charities Investigation Unit (CIU), and BEI headquarters.
Work involves overseeing critical fiscal, administrative, and operational functions while shaping policy, guiding program oversight, and influencing strategic decisions at the highest level.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
