SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Formulating detailed analyses of various functions and processes related to both short- and long-range planning; Identify and propose solutions to complex problems that require strategic analyses to resolve; Providing advice on existing policy and regulatory guidance both internally and externally; AND Developing and directing meetings where discussion points and decisions have a major impact on the program.
