You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Provides day-to-day operational leadership to ensure workforce goals and program effectiveness are met.

Determines and proposes program goals and objectives based on agency strategy and ensures implementation.

Major Duties:

As a Deputy Assistant Director, GS-15, you will perform the following duties: Serves as deputy to the OIGP Assistant Director, providing leadership and authority over ICE privacy and FOIA programs.

Leads personnel in developing strategies, policies, standards, and processes to ensure enterprise information management and compliance with federal laws.

Collaborates with the Chief of Staff to manage priorities, milestones, and executive -level project advice, including strategic communications and partner engagement.

Oversees emergency action and Continuity of Operations programs for OIGP. Supports office-wide policy implementation, oversight, compliance, and reporting in coordination with DHS.
