Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This role involves overseeing logistics, facilities, and support services at a major Marine Corps training base to ensure smooth operations for troops and their families.
The position requires managing budgets, advising leaders on policies, and solving complex issues to keep everything running efficiently.
It's ideal for experienced managers with a background in military or government operations who enjoy strategic planning and team leadership.
You will serve as a DEPUTY ASSISTANT CHIEF OF STAFF, G4 in the G4 Directorate of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing a portfolio that may include executive level supply chain management, logistics, facilities, and public works; serving as a senior advisor to leadership on policy development, resource allocation, workforce planning, organizational performance and resolving high-impact operational issues AND driving organizational/fiscal efficiency through strategic planning, position management, full lifecycle budget formulation and execution.
