Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S.

Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Resolving broad, complex planning, evaluation, control, and resource allocation problems for agency programs.
Providing management and program advise to internal and external parties as it pertains to communicating with various levels of leadership throughout an organization.
Identifying, planning, and organizing, efforts across organizational lines, including the ability to monitor progress to ensure that realistic objectives and milestones are established, to clearly assign responsibilities, and to get mission requirements accomplished in a timely manner NOTE: Your resume must explicitly indicate how you meet this requirement, otherwise you will be found ineligible.

The Project Delivery Branch (PDB), within the Operational Support Facilities (OSF) Division, is responsible for the execution of Procurement, Construction, and Improvements (PC&I) projects.
PDB serves as the project management authority for the planning, design, and construction of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facilities, ensuring operational readiness for Air and Marine Operations (AMO), the Office of Field Operations (OFO), and the U.S.
Border Patrol (USBP).
PDB drives mission success by fostering collaboration with project stakeholders and service providers, improving the accuracy and viability of estimates, managing changes in real-time, and ensuring clear visibility of end-state requirements.
The team's work directly supports CBP's operational capabilities and enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of its facilities.
In this Management and Program Analyst position you will become a key team member of Homeland Security professionals responsible for analyzing and evaluating administrative, staffing support of Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) mission; assesses the implementation of organizational strategic plans, mission, vision, and values, ensuring that these are communicated and integrated into organizational goals, objectives, work products, and services.
Typical Work assignments include: Providing support and assistance to management staff in all matters relating to the application of planning systems and management programs to meet mission requirements.
Performing analysis of management and program activities for a major segment of a department-wide mission or administrative program for matters of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
Reviewing policies in assigned program areas; takes or recommends actions to achieve organizational objectives; and recommends program objectives and improvements for the future.
