Please see Additional Information section below.*** You will serve as a DEPUTY ASSISTANT CHIEF OF STAFF G-F MCIPAC in the MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS PACIFIC (MCIPAC) of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing overall engineering management and policy guidance to an organization by implementing oversight of facilities maintenance, housing/ billeting, real estate, and environmental programs; and developing a multi-functional and diverse workforce.

  • You will be responsible for providing facilities and base program level expertise and insight on all matters that impact regional program development and execution.
  • You will make recommendations concerning overall planning for present and future programs and projects.
  • You will exercise the full range of supervisory and managerial authorities for civilian personnel.
  • You will serve in a regional capacity to coordinate and provide region guidance regarding Military Construction and Host Nation funded planning and programming issues of all military construction and Host Nation funded programs.
  • You will provide overall program, policy and requirements for all family/bachelor billeting and operate all transient and Unit Deployment Program billeting.
  • You will lead the development and implementation of a series of annual and multi-year plans and programs.
