Job Description
Summary
This job involves supporting victims in criminal child support cases by acting as their main contact, answering questions, coordinating court appearances, arranging transportation, and referring them to social services—all while helping with investigations and prosecutions in a compassionate way.
It's a role in the State of Michigan's Attorney General office focused on victim rights and services.

Key Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major (or equivalent military experience: high school plus two years at E-6 level or above)

- For Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience, including one year equivalent to intermediate (10) level in state service
- Ability to interpret and explain the criminal process to victims
- Proficiency in maintaining information in ACT, Legal Files, and MICES databases
- Strong skills in victim-centered support, including liaison work with attorneys, coordinating court appearances, and making social services referrals
